Can I subscribe today?
You can build a plan and register for launch today. This saves your preferences, not a paid subscription. We will email the final contents, prices including VAT, delivery costs and terms for you to approve before you subscribe. No payment details are collected here.
What will I receive?
More long-life food in every delivery. Equipment changes as your supplies grow: water containers, a torch, cooking kit or an emergency radio, for example. Items you already own are excluded. The proposed first month has two deliveries; after that, follow your chosen monthly or every-other-week rhythm. Exact products, quantities, dates and allergens will be confirmed before payment. Water containers arrive empty.
Does everything increase with family size?
Food, water capacity and personal supplies reflect household needs. Shared equipment, such as an emergency radio, is planned per home. Children, infant feeding and dietary suitability need a separate check against the final products; the planner is not a nutritional assessment.
What if I already own some of the equipment?
Tick the equipment you already have enough of in the planner. Matching kit is removed from the proposed programme and recorded with your registration. Food stays in every delivery, even when all equipment at that stage is excluded. Final contents and pricing are confirmed before you subscribe.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
The service is being designed around flexible deliveries and clear notice before each charge. Final pause, skip, cancellation and refund terms will be available before paid enrolment. Your free launch registration has no charges or minimum term; email ed@goup.co.uk to withdraw it.
Does the subscription stop once my kit is complete?
The plan is designed to keep building your food reserve over time. The equipment programme is the first stage, not the whole subscription. Once your essentials are covered, we’ll review what you need next. Food stays in every delivery; extra equipment is only included where useful. Your ongoing contents, schedule and pricing will be confirmed before you subscribe.
How do you use my registration details?
We save your name, email, region and selected plan to respond about this subscription launch and its availability. We do not ask for card details, a delivery address, children’s names or medical information. This registration does not opt you into general marketing. Contact ed@goup.co.uk to change or delete it.
